I think this BA article is plant just to make the fans feel good rather than doing an honest assessment of both Talent Evaluaters and the Training Staff
I'd blame the player and player development. IMO some of these kids start out on a high note and then all of sudden they get pushed a side,yes I understand they need a line and I know the player needs to "step up". Some how they need to change the narrative when it comes to this.
